A Dangerous Goods Container with Gantry System
Our client needed a Dangerous Goods Container for loading and unloading heavy cargo, but wanted a way to arrange it easily. We custom built this container with gantry system to meet the clients needs and it works perfectly. A gantry is a motion-centric system designed for multi-axis operation with an overhead bridge. It can be moved up and down the container rails we installed in the side walls, plus the ganty beam can be moved left and right. The block and tackle pulley can also be moved up and down the gantry beam making moving cargo very easy.
This Dangerous Goods Container with Gantry System has all the features of a DG unit including a bunded floor with external release valve, large vents in the side walls and internal safety door handles. We can build these containers with gantry systems with other inclusions such as barrel racks and side doors for ease of access.
