Kelly understood my concerns and ensured I was well informed through the whole process and went above and beyond ensuring she touched bade with me up until delivery and then through pick up, transport, drop off and return of the container. Highly recommend BoxMate. Co tainer was in decent condition with a bit of rust but sound structure and no moisture issues. Great timely service, communication and delivery of our container with all our goods in one piece. Would use them again if needed. The drop off and pick up companies used were both friendly and accommodating and the pricing was fair and competitive. Thanks again!
